NC now has it's first statewide parcel data set with standardized attributes.
The effort to create a seamless statewide parcels dataset continues to gain momentum. We are happy to announce that 36 additional counties have recently been added. That takes the current total to 61 counties that are now available from NC OneMap.
The NC OneMap team is pleased to announce that standardized parcels are now available for 25 of 100 North Carolina counties. This data is available as both points (centroids) and polygons (boundaries) and contains over 60 attributes. As with all NC OneMap data, this data can be consumed from web services or downloaded in shapefile format from the NC OneMap Geospatial Portal.
North Carolina now has a parcel data set that includes all 100 counties and areas comprising the Eastern Band of the Cherokee Indians.
